Former Bank Conversion In Bushey

Simon Kaufman Architects recently received planning permission to refurbish and convert this locally listed former bank in a conservation area into new apartments. 

The proposals retain all the period features of the characterful property and converts it into five new apartments for sale in the centre of Bushey. Time was spent working with the conservation officers who were very particular about the materials and finishes used; and it was essential that the proposals portrayed in the design drawings carefully represented the historic details in order to be acceptable. As experienced architects in London, our high standard of drawings and design work was able to clearly explain proposals and obtain the planning permission for this very particular project.
