We are thrilled to unveil our ambitious vision for the rejuvenation of an industrial warehouse site in Barnet. Our proposal introduces a dynamic mixed-use building, blending versatile workspace for light industrial or office use on the ground and first floors, seamlessly integrated with contemporary residential apartments above. This innovative approach aims to unlock the site's potential, fostering a vibrant and sustainable urban environment.

Our pre-application proposal has recieved positive support from Planning Officers at the London Borough of Barnet. We prioritize collaborative engagement with local authorities, aligning our development with community aspirations and the strategic visions outlined in both Barnet's Growth Strategy and the London Plan. Insights gained will refine our proposal for a detailed planning application in Summer 2024.

Enhancing New Barnet's urban fabric, our proposal introduces 781sqm of high-quality employment workspace, meeting London Plan guidance, and expanding existing office and warehouse space by 200sqm. This new employment hub will contribute to economic activity and area vitality, in alignment with local and metropolitan urban development objectives.

To address the ongoing housing demand in London, our proposal incorporates a number of strategically positioned residential apartments above the workspace. Thoughtful separation and meticulous apartment design ensure a harmonious coexistence, fostering a live-work-play environment while preserving the locality's distinct character.
