Nine residential units adjacent to the medical centre, designed specifically to house healthcare professionals, improving staff retention and reducing commute times.

The proposal replaces outdated buildings with a modern medical campus that complements the nearby Lincoln Road Medical Practice. This approach revitalises the site, preserves employment, and responds directly to growing healthcare demands in Enfield.
