Kilburn High Road Transformation
Mixed-Use Renewal with Contextual Design
Following a successful pre-application, we are developing a six-storey mixed-use scheme comprising 15 residential flats over two floors of commercial space. The proposal will replace a dated 1970s retail and office block at Kilburn High Road's southern gateway, enhancing urban living alongside active street-level uses. A full planning application will be submitted later in 2025.
The design features carefully detailed brickwork that complements the neighbouring conservation area, ensuring the building sits sensitively within its context. Street-level improvements include new display windows and pedestrian entrances to strengthen retail presence and engagement.
Currently, we are preparing a full planning application for submission later in 2025. Our team manages all consultant reports, including fire safety, ecology, daylight/sunlight, and heritage statements, alongside the architectural design.
