Simon Kaufman Architects are delivering a compact residential development on underused land to the rear of commercial premises in Palmers Green. The scheme introduces three high-quality apartments in a sustainable, well-connected location with strong transport links (PTAL 4), close to the town centre.

We have led the project through detailed design, preparing full Building Regulations drawings and a performance specification. We are working closely with the contractor and client to optimise construction efficiency, control costs, and discharge a range of planning conditions. The development is now on site and is due for completion in 2026.

Designed for long-term value, the apartments meet London Plan and Nationally Described Space Standards, with careful attention to daylight, amenity, and privacy. The scheme includes private outdoor space, accessible cycle storage, and a pedestrian-friendly entrance from the street.
